gBAh or occasion

While KAIZEN can be carried out by individuals to solve their own problems, it can be worked out in a group to achieve the corporate policies, targets or goals. This group activity provides an environment or occasion called gBAh where the members learn various things—problems in their jobs, how to solve them, relation between people and the organization, communication methods in the group, the leadership, and so on. They may encounter diversified difficulties such as mental barriers, stagnation, internal conflict or ordeals. However, the members can learn precious lessons through their real experience of conquering such difficulties, and they will be able to become more aware of their environment.
